The fastest way to reach the editorial team is by email at hello@referralcoder.com. Typical response time is 24 to 48 hours during business days.

For faster handling, please include the following in your message:

  • The page URL you are referring to (e.g. referralcoder.com/bybit-referral-code/)
  • The specific issue (code does not work, bonus amount changed, factual error, etc.)
  • Screenshot or evidence where applicable (e.g. error message during signup, current bonus terms from the exchange)
  • Your country or region if the issue could be jurisdiction-specific

Code corrections

If you report a broken or outdated referral code, the editorial team will re-test it on the live exchange signup flow within 24 hours. If the code is confirmed broken, the page is updated with the new code (if available) or marked as inactive (if no replacement exists). If the code is confirmed working, we will reply with the testing details so you can troubleshoot the signup process.

Note that referral code field availability can vary by country, device, IP, and exchange A/B testing. A code that does not appear during your signup may still be applicable through a referral link rather than manual code entry.

What we cannot help with

ReferralCoder is an editorial directory, not a customer support channel for exchanges. We cannot help with:

  • Account verification issues on specific exchanges (contact the exchange directly)
  • Withdrawal delays or holds (contact the exchange directly)
  • Disputes about bonus eligibility, KYC rejections, or trading losses
  • Tax advice, legal advice, or investment recommendations
  • Recovery of lost wallet seed phrases, hacked accounts, or stolen funds (none of which we can access)
  • Custom exchange comparisons, paid consulting, or sponsored content placement

For exchange-specific support, use the official exchange channels (typically 24/7 live chat). For wallet recovery, contact the wallet provider; lost seed phrases generally cannot be recovered.

Spam and sponsored placement requests

We do not accept paid placements, sponsored content, or "guest post" requests. Exchange A is not promoted above Exchange B because of higher commissions. Outreach pitching this kind of arrangement will not receive a reply.
